Reiki - Universal energy that streams through the attuned person's hands and connects to the participant for healing purposes.
This is a quick demonstration that shows what Reiki looks like when targeted on slowing down your mind. This is also a part of the process for preparing a client having difficulty calming his mind before trying to connect to his souls history and any other information available for his growth and wellness.
During this process I am talking in the beginning - instructing the client to help his body to relax using a version of guided progressive relaxation while the energy is streaming into his eyes, nose, and forehead.
